We've got you covered.
At Cheshire Medical Aesthetics, we understand that every journey is unique. Whether you're recovering from breast cancer surgery, breast reconstruction, gender-affirming surgery, trauma, or congenital conditions, we're here to help you feel whole again with compassionate, personalised care.
We've got you covered.

Hyper-Realistic 3D Areola Tattooing
Using advanced paramedical tattooing techniques, we create incredibly lifelike areolas with carefully layered pigments, shading and highlights to produce the illusion of natural nipple projection. Every treatment is individually designed to match your skin tone, anatomy and desired outcome, providing a realistic and confidence-restoring result. A thorough face to face consultation must be carried out prior to any Medical / Cosmetic Tattooing treatment.

Skin-Safe Silicone Prosthetics

If tattooing isn't the right option for you, we also offer high-quality silicone nipple and areola prosthetics. These custom-made prosthetics provide an immediate, realistic appearance without the need for any invasive procedure. Comfortable, reusable and easy to apply, they can be worn continuously for several days, allowing you to swim, shower and carry on with everyday life while maintaining a natural look.
These are created by people who have kindly donated their shape to help others.
Preserve Your Shape Before Surgery
If you have been told that you will need a mastectomy, our nipple casting service can be carried out before your surgery, allowing you to preserve the unique shape and characteristics of your natural nipple and areola.
Before your mastectomy, we can take a detailed cast of your nipple, creating an accurate mould that can be safely kept for the future. Following your surgery and once you are fully healed and ready, this cast can be used as a reference to create a bespoke silicone nipple prosthetic based on your own pre-surgery shape.
For some people, preserving this small part of themselves before breast surgery can feel incredibly meaningful. Our aim is to give you the choice to retain your natural nipple shape so that, should you wish to have a prosthetic in the future, we can recreate something that feels uniquely and recognisably yours.
If you have recently received a diagnosis and know that a mastectomy is planned, please contact us as early as possible before your surgery so that we can arrange your casting appointment.
